Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Szalony Bolek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and PJ Benn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Shigeki Sano and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Benn forces Bolek back against the cage and clinches.
Benn connects with a nasty looking knee right to Bolek's face.
Bolek tries to break the clinch but Benn is controlling the position.

Benn is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Bolek has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

That was a close round but I would say that Szalony Bolek will probably get the nod.
That's time! Bolek's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Bolek changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Benn looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Bolek might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Bolek utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

PJ Benn has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Bolek is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Szalony Bolek.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Bolek, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
