The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Koudratsiva with a nice cross.
Kivinkoski will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Koudratsiva scores with a nice strike.

It looks like Antti Kivinkoski has been cut.
Koudratsiva throws a right and a left that both miss.
Kivinkoski drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Koudratsiva looks to land a combination but Kivinkoski avoids it well.

Kivinkoski feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Koudratsiva holds on and takes a little breather.

Koudratsiva wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Kivinkoski stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Koudratsiva swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Koudratsiva lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Kivinkoski!
