The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oden thows a body shot but no joy.
Oden fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Loka avoids it really well and circles away.
Oden tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.

Loka misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Loka sets himself and throws a head kick that knocks Oden to the ground! Loka dives into full mount looking to finish!

Oden tries to reverse the position but Loka maintains control.

Oden somehow manages to escape the mount and get back to his feet!
Oden is trying desperately to land a takedown but Loka is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Oden.

Loka looks for the body kick but Oden saw that one coming.

and Loka counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
Oden shoots in for a double leg but Loka sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Loka cracks Oden with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Horrible takedown by Oden or perhaps it was just good defense by Loka which made him look bad.

Oden jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Loka walks away with a smile on his face. Oden gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
