Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Me Myself Irene!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Lorenzo Cervantes!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Steve Erwin and Damien Edna.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cervantes is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Irene.
Irene stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Irene wants it to stay on the feet.
Nice takedown defense from Irene. No joy for Cervantes on that attempt.

Cervantes gets a takedown into half guard.
Irene is looking to improve his position.
Irene is trying to maintain the position but Cervantes is very close to passing his half guard.
Irene wants to improve his position but Cervantes is controlling well.
Cervantes is nestled in close to Irene, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Cervantes has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Cervantes wants to pass to mount but Irene is defending the position.
Irene keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Cervantes takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Irene lands with an uppercut that bounces Cervantes off the cage and back into rage.
Cervantes gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Me Myself Irene is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Irene lands with a kick to the temple. Cervantes shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Irene moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

Cervantes is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Cervantes is still on wobbly legs! Can Irene finish him?
Irene wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Cervantes has him pressed against the cage.
Cervantes seems to have recovered his senses.

Irene breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Cervantes takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Whack! Irene lands a heavy head kick that drops Cervantes. The ref tackles Irene to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Cervantes was done.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Me Myself Irene!
