Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between James Howlett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jay Swizz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Swizz is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Make It Go. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Howlett throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Swizz on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Swizz tries to clinch there but Howlett circles away.
Howlett misses with a looping left.
Howlett leaves Swizz with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Swizz tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Howlett lands with a hook. Swizz tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Howlett throws a head kick but Swizz moves out of range.

Howlett has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Swizz uses from the top position.

Swizz is pushing Howlett up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.

Jay Swizz is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Swizz changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Howlett tries to avoid it but Swizz manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Howlett to the ground. Howlett escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
James Howlett has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jay Swizz.
