Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Che Satomi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Darren Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Satomi might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Bad Boys. Darren Williams acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Che Satomi!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Darren Williams!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Stewart Dunkirk and Gwen Towbar.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Williams throws a head kick but Satomi moves out of range.

Satomi closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Williams tries to buck Satomi off but Satomi is having none of it.

Satomi is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Williams knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Satomi thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Satomi swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Williams is now in Satomi's guard. A big mistake from Satomi there, giving up the dominant position!

Williams is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Satomi knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Satomi for a finish.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Satomi is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Williams has managed to free his arm - good work.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Satomi drops back, looking for a kneebar! Williams looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Williams looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Williams!

Satomi had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Williams is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Satomi Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Williams's back instead.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Che Satomi dominated that second round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
