Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Summer Carpenter and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Borneo shoots for a takedown but Jardine saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Borneo throws a right and a left that both miss.
Borneo slips a jab and a cross from Jardine.
Borneo gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Borneo avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Jardine has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Jardine drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Jardine jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Jardine lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Borneo quite badly. Borneo pulls Jardine in close trying to recover. Jardine postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Borneo on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Borneo doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:03 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bob Jardine!
