Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Miguel Correia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Liriel Baenre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Correia swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Baenre decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Horrible takedown by Baenre or perhaps it was just good defense by Correia which made him look bad.

Correia changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Baenre looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Correia fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

Correia wants to finish this one by submission but Baenre is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Correia.
Baenre tries to lock up and control but Correia gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
