The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jin misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Jin shoots for a double leg takedown but Anderson sprawls well. He's pushed Jin's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Anderson stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Anderson wants it to stay on the feet.
Thiago Anderson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Demon Jin.
Anderson fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Jin, pushing him back against the cage.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Let's hope that Jin has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Jin shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Anderson sprawls well. Anderson wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Jin gets slowly back to his feet.

Demon Jin showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Jin shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Anderson but Anderson pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Jin shoots in and bounces Anderson off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Jin not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
