The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Steel Jr fails with the takedown. Steel Jr throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

McGillen tries to clinch up. Steel Jr keeps the fight on the outside. McGillen tries to clinch there but Steel Jr circles away.

Steel Jr has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. McGillen is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. A head punch blocked on the inside by Steel Jr. McGillen is looking to control Steel Jr's arms but Steel Jr gets an underhook and turns him. Now McGillen has his back to the cage. Steel Jr is trying to break the clinch but McGillen has him pressed against the cage. Steel Jr tightens his grip and picks McGillen up, before dumping him to the ground. McGillen manages to land in guard. Steel Jr slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. McGillen avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. McGillen is breathing heavily.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Steel Jr accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Steel Jr tries to bum rush McGillen with a series of wild strikes but McGillen uses good footwork to avoid the assault. McGillen tries to clinch and Steel Jr moves into the clinch. McGillen tries a knee to the head but Steel Jr blocks it.
Steel Jr drops down looking for an ankle pick but McGillen pulls his leg out and moves away.

And that's the end of the fight! John Steel Jr showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Steel Jr, winning every round. Will the judges agree?
