Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shao Khan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Jonesy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jonesy has chosen CASH MONEY as his entrance music. On his way into the cage it seems that Shao Khan has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Shao Khan seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Robert Twigg and Tiny Johnson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Khan blocks a jab.
Khan just misses with a punch to the body.
Jonesy throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Khan misses with a hook. Jonesy ducked under it nicely.
Khan throws a lazy right hand but Jonesy sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Jonesy throws the left hand but Khan avoids the punch easily.

Jonesy drives through with a takedown into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Jonesy is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Jonesy is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Khan looking to control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Khan wants to get back to his feet but Jonesy is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Jonesy won't allow Khan to sweep him here.

Khan had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Jonesy defends it easily.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Jonesy accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Jonesy postures up.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Jonesy just misses with a punch to the body.
A looping hook to the body misses from Jonesy. Khan does a little dance to reset his feet.
Jonesy looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Khan wants to clinch up but Jonesy keeps it at a distance.

Jonesy bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Jonesy remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

Khan is trying to get back to half guard.

Khan gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Khan is refusing to be controlled, as Jonesy sits in half guard.
Khan wants to get back to his feet.
Khan wants to improve his position but Jonesy is controlling well.
Jonesy passes the guard and advances to mount!
Jonesy scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Khan?

Khan tries to hold on but Jonesy pushes him away.
Khan flailing away with punches but nothing is landing.

Jonesy is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by Jonesy!
