Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Piston Honda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Christian Howard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Piston Honda!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Christian Howard!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Cecil Peabody and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A left and a right from Honda both land. Nice combination.
Honda tries to clinch up but Howard circles away and keeps his distance.
Honda wants to clinch up but Howard keeps it at a distance.
Howard ducks under a wild hook from Honda.
Howard changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Honda looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Honda wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!
Honda tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops.

Honda trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.

Honda is trying to get back to his feet. He's worked up on to his knees and now he's on his feet with his head on the canvas, trying to shake Howard off. It looks like it's working - Howard slides off, much to his dismay, and we're back to standing! Honda displaying calm under pressure there.
Howard shoots in for a takedown but Honda shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

and Honda counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Howard lands a left and a right that send Honda crashing to the mat, dazed. Howard thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

and Honda counters with a nice low kick that buckles Howard's knee momentarily.
Howard fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Honda lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

and Howard counters with a nice double leg into side control. Honda won't be happy with that.

Honda tries to close the distance and clinch up but Howard swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Christian Howard comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Howard winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
