Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Peter Magass (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aaron Escobar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Magass comes to the cage accompanied by DVDA - Lets Fighting Love. Aaron Escobar has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Peter Magass!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Aaron Escobar!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Stewart Dunkirk and George Francis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Magass throws a jab but it's blocked by Escobar.
Escobar takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

Magass bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Escobar's guard.
Magass stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Escobar swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Escobar is working an open guard so Magass takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Escobar gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Magass pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Magass throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Magass wants to clinch.
Magass tries to close the distance and clinch up but Escobar swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Escobar shoots in but Magass avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Magass pushes Escobar away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Escobar gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Escobar goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Magass has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Escobar but great work by Magass.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Escobar can do anything to dispel that myth.

Aaron Escobar showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
