Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kurt Kendall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jerome Carter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kendall comes into the arena with Kool Moe Dee - I Go To Work blaring out of the sound system. Carter has chosen Ludacris-Move Bitch as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The fight moves into the clinch position.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Kendall accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Kendall drops back, looking for a kneebar! Carter looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Carter looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Carter!

Carter decides to stand back up.

Carter escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Carter moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Kendall, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
