Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Wardor Warlovski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Minoru Suzuki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Warlovski kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genuis that is Zocalo. Suzuki has chosen Sunrise as his entrance music. Wardor Warlovski has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Yuuki Gou and Shirou Masuda.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Suzuki keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Suzuki chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Warlovski can pounce on him.
Warlovski is looking to clinch but Suzuki is avoiding it.

Suzuki closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Suzuki is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and Warlovski reverses the position - he's now on top in Suzuki's guard.

Suzuki has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Warlovski can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Warlovski stands and steps away. Suzuki gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Wardor Warlovski seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Suzuki closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Suzuki swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Warlovski is now in Suzuki's guard. A big mistake from Suzuki there, giving up the dominant position!

Warlovski seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
Suzuki flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Suzuki is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Warlovski wants to stand but his hand is trapped. Suzuki uses the opportunity to regain full guard.

Warlovski avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Suzuki is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Warlovski's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Warlovski's back!
Suzuki trying desperately to keep hold of the dominant position.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Suzuki slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.
