Jenkins throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Bridge's waist but Bridge gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Jenkins off to one side.
Bridge tries to work over Jenkins's front leg with a kick but Jenkins checks it.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Jenkins. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Bridge is controlling Jenkins's position as best he can from this difficult position.
Bridge has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Jenkins is working away from the top position though.
Jenkins perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Bridge wants to get back to his feet.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.

Bridge drops Jenkins with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Jenkins looks back up at him and smiles so Bridge waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
