Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Robert Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Oppolla Doc (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Doc is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Heat - The Jesus and Mary Chain. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Oppolla Doc!
The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Bruno Hogan and Steve Erwin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice defenses there by Doc.
Lee ducks under a wild hook from Doc.
Lee fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Doc manages to avoid it.
A slapping leg kick lands for Lee.
Lee throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Doc's head.

It looks like Oppolla Doc has been cut.
Doc swats away the attempt to clinch by Lee.
Doc throws a series of punches but Lee avoids them all with ease.
Doc lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Lee circles away quickly and effectively.
Doc throws a body punch but Lee moves out of range.
Lee misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Doc.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Doc lands a left and a right that send Lee crashing to the mat, dazed. Doc thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

It looks like Robert Lee has been cut.
Doc moves out of range of the body kick.
Lee throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Doc throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Lee.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Lee.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Lee dodges the punch combination from Doc.
Decent striking displayed by Doc there.
Lee tries a head kick but it misses.
Lee moves away from the strike by Doc.

Doc lands with a cross.
Doc misses with a series of wild punches.
Lee misses with a looping right.
Doc scores with a crisp jab that stopped Lee in his tracks.

Robert Lee's cut is getting worse.
Doc throws a big shot that misses.
Lee ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Doc checks a leg kick.
Oppolla Doc is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
A chopping leg kick lands by Lee.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Doc scores to the head and body with a nice combination!

Doc lands a big right hand that sends Lee crashing to the mat! Doc stays standing though and waves Lee back to his feet!

Lee is rocked!

Robert Lee's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Lee misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Doc cracks Lee with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Lee tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Doc pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Lee is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
