The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Calliente misses with a two punch combination.
Calliente keeps the fight on the outside.
James Harris seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Harris changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Calliente tries to avoid it but Harris manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Calliente to the ground. Calliente escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Calliente shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.

Calliente thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Harris's head.
Calliente is trying to control the action in half guard but Harris is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Calliente pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
The referee warns Harris that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Calliente postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Harris in real trouble here! The ref calls for Harris to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
