Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Skorski shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. cornelius is trying to defend but Skorski finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

cornelius is trying to stand up here but Skorski is controlling him well.
Skorski frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

cornelius is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.

Skorski working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. cornelius doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. cornelius manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Skorski looking to hit a scissor sweep but cornelius is one step ahead there.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
cornelius stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Skorski swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Skorski is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Skorski is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, cornelius has escaped the position, nice work there.
Skorski is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but cornelius is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Skorski is trying hard to land a takedown here. cornelius sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
cornelius ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Skorski moves away.
cornelius keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

and cornelius makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Skorski shoots in and drives through. cornelius sprawls well.

cornelius closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Skorski! cornelius dives in looking to finish! Skorski is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
