Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Lord Ocha (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lee Murray (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ocha comes to the cage accompanied by Everything in its right place. Murray has chosen Smack My Bitch Up as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Murray shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Ocha is trying to get back to full guard.

Ocha takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Lee Murray showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Ocha closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Ocha leaves Murray with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Ocha shoots in and bounces Murray off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Ocha is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Murray is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Murray working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Ocha doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Ocha manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Ocha is really struggling to control Murray but he's trying to hold on to the position.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Murray uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Ocha has time to react.

Ocha is working for a guillotine from mount but Murray frees his head quite easily.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!



Ocha shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Ocha can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Murray is looking to escape.
Murray is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

Ocha goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Murray is on top in guard.

Murray drops back looking for a leg! Ocha is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Ocha manages to kick Murray off! Murray jumps back into Ocha's guard.
It's got to the stage where if one of these guys blows hard enough, the other might fall over.

Ocha tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Murray drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Murray jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Murray got a little sloppy there for a moment and Ocha has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Murray has managed to get both his arms back between Ocha's legs - danger averted.
Ocha is trying to keep Murray in close.

Ocha is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Murray postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.

Ocha keeping moving, preventing Murray from controlling successfully.

Ocha is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Murray has his hands clasped together but Ocha extends an breaks Murray's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Ocha.
