Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dominic Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chase Meester (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Williams's entrance music is Proof- by DL Incognito. A fine choice. Meester has chosen Hollywood Undead as his entrance music. Chase Meester is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Dominic Williams!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Chase Meester!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Frank Antenori.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Williams misses with a double jab.
Williams defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Meester.
Meester shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Williams pinned against the cage. Williams gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Williams feints and as Meester raises his hands in defense, Williams changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Williams trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.

Meester has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Williams can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Meester striking off his back but it's not causing Williams any problems.

Williams thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Williams postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.

Meester is looking for a triangle but Williams pushes his legs off easily.

Meester has his foot on Williams's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Williams works his way back into a safe position though.

Williams drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Williams jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Meester has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Williams can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Williams drops back looking for a leg! Meester is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Meester manages to kick Williams off! Williams jumps back into Meester's guard.

Williams goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Meester has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Williams but great work by Meester.

Meester has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Meester slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Williams pushes Meester off and scrambles back to his feet.
Williams moves out of range of the body kick from Meester.
Meester gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Williams counters with a nice leg kick.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Williams shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Meester's guard.
Williams wants to control from the top but Meester keeps moving.
Williams slips nicely into half guard.
Williams seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Meester does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Williams is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Meester sees it coming and defends easily.
Meester is refusing to be controlled, as Williams sits in half guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Williams blocks the strikes from Meester.
Meester is trying to control but can't.
Williams moves into full mount! Meester won't be happy about that!

Williams takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Meester is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

Meester is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Williams is staying active.

Meester has left one of his arms exposed and Williams doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Meester screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
