O Leary's entrance music is B.o.B - I'll Be In The Sky. A fine choice. Quaid has chosen Metallica - For Whom the Bell Tolls as his entrance music. Michael O Leary has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Quaid shoots in and bounces O Leary off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Quaid wants to control from the top but O Leary keeps moving.

O Leary has his foot on Quaid's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Quaid works his way back into a safe position though.
O Leary keeping moving, preventing Quaid from controlling successfully.
Quaid trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Quaid throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as O Leary works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Quaid forces his way into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
O Leary gets back to full guard.
O Leary striking off his back but it's not causing Quaid any problems.

O Leary throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
O Leary is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Quaid wants to pass the guard but O Leary is keeping the position.
Quaid pushes down on O Leary's leg and manages to get into half guard.

Quaid is keen to just control but O Leary is a slippery customer.
O Leary is in trouble now - Quaid has advanced to mount!

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
O Leary tries to reverse the position but Quaid maintains control.
Quaid lands a heavy elbow.
Quaid sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
O Leary is in a horrible position here. Quaid smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Quaid tries to control but O Leary wriggling away.
The referee warns O Leary that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

O Leary tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Quaid has advanced to mount. Uh oh.
Quaid looking to control but O Leary is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
O Leary is working to get back to half guard.
Quaid tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Quaid is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But O Leary has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from O Leary!
Quaid lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for O Leary!
Quaid pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
O Leary tries to get back to half guard but can't.

Quaid lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Quaid tries to control but O Leary wriggling away.
O Leary can't escape the position.
Quaid trying to control but he's not successful this time.
O Leary is looking to get to half guard.

A nice elbow there by Quaid.
Quaid postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. O Leary looks a forlorn figure.

O Leary knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Quaid on the ground.
Quaid has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Quaid cracks O Leary with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

O Leary is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Quaid locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! O Leary is forced to tap!
