PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Minotauro Nogueira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wilson Tuckey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Nogueira might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to The Rolling Stones - Gimme Shelter. The crowd seem to be enjoying Tuckey's choice of entrance music: Land Down Under - Men at Work. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tuckey leaves Nogueira with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Tuckey lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

Tuckey feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Nogueira sprawling to the canvas! Nogueira rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Tuckey finish him?!

Nogueira is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Nogueira shoots in for a takedown but Tuckey shows good takedown defense.
Nogueira leaves his chin hanging out and Tuckey seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Nogueira crumbles to the floor in a heap, and the referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
