The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brasher tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Ellison swivels and escapes.
No joy there for Ellison, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Brasher avoids a low kick by using good footwork.

Ellison has taken the fight to the clinch.
A frustrated look appears on Ellison's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Ellison prevents a takedown attempt there.
Brasher tries for a takedown but Ellison manages to get underhooks.
Anthony Ellison has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Donald Brasher.
Brasher has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Ellison avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Ellison lands a left and a right that send Brasher crashing to the mat, dazed. Ellison thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

It looks like Donald Brasher has been cut.

Ellison lands with a right and another and another! Brasher is in big trouble! Ellison lands again and this time it's lights out for Brasher! A quality knockout there for Ellison.
