Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Don Faber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyson Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tyson Williams!
The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Eddie Farnsworth and John Kavanagh.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Williams gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Williams is looking to improve his position but Faber isn't that keen on the idea.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Williams can do anything to dispel that myth.

Williams shoots for a double leg takedown but Faber sprawls well. He's pushed Williams's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Williams stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Faber swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Williams wants to stand and escape but instead Faber has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

Faber has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Don Faber overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Williams has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Faber off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Tyson Williams showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Faber's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Faber postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Williams looks a forlorn figure.
