The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Ren Mimura and Hirohito Nitta.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tsadyleba tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Tsadyleba looks to land a combination but Portimo avoids it well.
Portimo shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Tsadyleba pinned against the cage. Tsadyleba gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Portimo shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Tsadyleba sprawls well. Tsadyleba wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Portimo gets slowly back to his feet.
Tsadyleba tries to clinch but Portimo is having none of it.

Portimo throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Tsadyleba was covering up waiting for the punch and Portimo finishes the takedown easily into guard.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Portimo stops Tsadyleba from standing up.

Tsadyleba is looking to stand up but Portimo isn't so interested in that idea.

Portimo is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Tsadyleba is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Tsadyleba has escaped and now he's on top!
Tsadyleba postures up in Portimo's guard and throws a big left but Portimo blocks it.

Tsadyleba got a little sloppy there for a moment and Portimo has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Tsadyleba has managed to get both his arms back between Portimo's legs - danger averted.

Portimo throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Tsadyleba escapes and throws Portimo's legs to the side, diving into side control!
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Tsadyleba is looking to take a break and control but Portimo is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Tsadyleba is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.

Tsadyleba decides to stand back up. Tsadyleba steps back and let's Portimo get back to his feet.
