The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pietrovitch takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

It looks like Nikolai Pietrovitch has been cut.
Pietrovitch avoids a punch combination nicely.

Pietrovitch forces Castle back against the cage and clinches.
Pietrovitch is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Pietrovitch is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Castle pulls him back up using the underhooks.

Castle breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
