Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between SO NASTY (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mick Maurizio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Maurizio has chosen I'm Not the One (IWNBTS) as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Maurizio is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in NASTY's half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
NASTY is not content to let Maurizio control the position.
Maurizio might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control NASTY kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
NASTY tries to get to full guard but Maurizio has control of the leg.
Maurizio stops NASTY from getting back to his feet.

NASTY looking for submissions off his back.

Maurizio is working for a kimura but NASTY is defending it quite comfortably.
Maurizio scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Maurizio is trying to control the action in half guard but NASTY is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
NASTY wants to improve his position but Maurizio is controlling well.
NASTY is trying to maintain the position but Maurizio is very close to passing his half guard.

NASTY kicks off Maurizio and gets to his feet.

NASTY is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Maurizio is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Maurizio postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. NASTY looks a forlorn figure.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Maurizio postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked NASTY badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Maurizio around the waist but Maurizio pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Maurizio is the winner by TKO! Maurizio jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
