Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Gallo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ryan Gallo has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gallo avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

Johnson changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Gallo looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Johnson is landing with some decent strikes but Gallo is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.

Johnson closes the distance and clinches up with Gallo, looking for a takedown. Johnson pushes Gallo against the cage but Gallo circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
