Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jane slips under a jab from Smith.
Smith shoots for a double leg takedown but Jane sprawls well. He's pushed Smith's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Jane throws a right and a left that Smith avoids nicely.

John Smith seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Smith tries to bum rush Jane with a series of wild strikes but Jane uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Jane throws a head kick but Smith moves out of range.

Jane moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Jane misses with a straight right.
Smith scores with a jab to the jaw.

Smith fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Smith wants to clinch up but Jane keeps it at a distance.

Smith closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Smith lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.

Smith throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jane's waist but Jane gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Smith off to one side.
Smith is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Jane ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Smith takes a swing at Jane's ribcage but misses.
Jane throws a jab but it's blocked by Smith.

Jane throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Smith colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Jane as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Smith is left battered and dazed whilst Jane and his camp cheer!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:08 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). John Jane!
