Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, The Rock!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Buff Buff Bagwell!
The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Hirohito Nitta and Taro Takaoka.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Buff Bagwell as Rock shoots in.
Rock dives in and grabs Buff Bagwell's left leg, looking for a takedown. Buff Bagwell pushes down on Rock's head and hops out.
Buff Bagwell displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Rock.

Buff Bagwell changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Rock looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

That was a close round but I would say that The Rock will probably get the nod.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Rock connects with a nice short shot to Buff Bagwell's temple.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Rock, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
