Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jake Thompson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and robbie silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jake Thompson looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
silva lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Thompson misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
silva lands with a kick to the temple. Thompson shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

silva moves into range and clinches up with Thompson.
Thompson is trying to break the clinch but silva is controlling him.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Thompson connects with a nice short shot to silva's temple.
