Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bobby White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul McBryant (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). White comes to the cage accompanied by Kanye West - Stronger. McBryant has chosen "London Calling" by The Clash as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Bobby White!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Paul McBryant!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Richard Clark and Donald Grub.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circling - White throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
McBryant shoots for a takedown but White saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

White shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in McBryant's guard.
White looking to control the position here, rather than advance.

White is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
White is stalling in the full guard.

White slips nicely into half guard.
White looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.
White controlling the action here.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
McBryant is trying to control but can't.
White passes to side control.

White tries for a kimura but McBryant is defending well.

White is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. McBryant knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

White is trying to get an arm triangle but McBryant is defending well.

White swings around for an armbar but McBryant sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into White's guard.

White has McBryant pulled in close to control his posture.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
White tries to land a sweep but no joy.
White might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
White manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

White is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but McBryant is surviving well by controlling White's body position as best he can.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Bobby White dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


McBryant fails with an attempt to clinch.
McBryant tries to clinch up but White circles away and keeps his distance.

White shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. White showed some decent athleticism there.

White is looking for a kimura here.
McBryant is trying to maintain the position but White is very close to passing his half guard.

White is figuring out what he wants to do next.

McBryant is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but White pulls his head out easily.
White works his way into full mount!

White is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But McBryant has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from McBryant!

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

White throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
White manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
White looking to control and managing it successfully.

White can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as McBryant is looking to escape.
McBryant keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

White working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Bobby White dominated that second round.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!


A slow jab from White misses its intended target.
White looks to land a right hand but McBryant moved out of range.
McBryant uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from White.

White looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
White trying to control the pace.
White passes to full mount!
McBryant tries to hold on but White postures up.

White punishing his opponent with strikes.
White tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
White is dominating on the ground here - he's now on his opponent's back, looking to sink in the hooks. McBryant is in real trouble.

White has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, McBryant has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
This has been an exciting period of action!

McBryant is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if White gets his way!

White is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. McBryant knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften McBryant for a finish.
McBryant tries to roll but White sticks to his back.

White patiently working for the choke. Which fighter will keep their nerve here?
White keeps control of the position easily here as McBryant tries to buck him off.

White is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but McBryant has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.

McBryant just trying to survive but White is wriggling into a better position, looking to finish.
McBryant is very frustrated here, being controlled quite effectively by White.

White is working on the RNC. He looks like he's got it but McBryant won't tap... Oh, he's out! The ref rips White off his unconscious opponent!
