The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Summer Carpenter and Skip Squint.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Muraev misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Muraev closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Brown to the mat! Brown manages to get full guard.
Brown is controlling Muraev's posture.
Brown manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Brown looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
Brown sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!
Brown takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Muraev working to try and regain half guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.
You get the feeling that Muraev really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Brown raining down shots from the mount!

It looks like Shamil Muraev has been cut.
Muraev tries to reverse the position but Brown maintains control.
Brown wants to control the pace but Muraev is squirming around nicely.
Brown scoring with strikes but Muraev is staying in there.

That has opened up Shamil Muraev's cut even more.
Brown lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

The cut above Shamil Muraev's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Brown landing punches.

Shamil Muraev's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Shamil Muraev's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
