Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Duane Bobbick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Benjamin Wentworth (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bobbick's entrance music is Indestructable. A fine choice. Wentworth has chosen Extreme Ways - Moby as his entrance music. On his way into the cage it seems that Duane Bobbick has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Duane Bobbick seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wentworth shoots in but no luck this time.
Bobbick throws a series of punches but Wentworth avoids them all with ease.
Bobbick pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Wentworth moves out of range of the strikes.
Bobbick misses with a looping right.
No joy there for Wentworth, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Wentworth closes the distance and clinches.
Bobbick lands with a right to the head.
Bobbick stops a takedown attempt from Wentworth.
Bobbick is trying to force a seperation but Wentworth has the dominant position.
Wentworth misses with a hook from the clinch.
Bobbick lands with a left to the head.

Bobbick manages to break the clinch.
A clash of legs there as Wentworth blocks the low kick.

Wentworth closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Bobbick to the mat! Bobbick manages to get full guard.
Wentworth is stalling in the full guard.
Wentworth pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Bobbick is keeping the position for now.

Wentworth drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Bobbick manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Wentworth has Bobbick in his guard.

Bobbick got a little sloppy there for a moment and Wentworth has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Bobbick has managed to get both his arms back between Wentworth's legs - danger averted.
Bobbick wanted to stand there but Wentworth had control of the position.
Bobbick stands up over Wentworth, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Wentworth is looking for a triangle but Bobbick pushes his legs off easily.

Wentworth looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
Bobbick wants to pass to mount but Wentworth is defending the position.
Bobbick takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Bobbick drops an elbow to the side of Wentworth's head.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Wentworth tries to roll over but Bobbick keeps him under control.
Bobbick looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Wentworth with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Wentworth is controlling Bobbick's position as best he can from this difficult position.
Wentworth tries to roll over but Bobbick keeps him under control.
Bobbick wants to stand up but Wentworth has a hold of him and won't allow it.
Bobbick is keen to just control but Wentworth is a slippery customer.

Wentworth is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Bobbick's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Bobbick's back!

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Wentworth is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Bobbick is defending well though. Wentworth let's go of the attempt for now.
