Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Connor Gordon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and tyler troop (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Connor Gordon has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Alyssa Summers and Chad Campbell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
troop looks for a takedown but Gordon sprawls well.
troop shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Gordon as he avoids it easily.

Gordon scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Gordon seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but troop does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Gordon tries to pass to full mount but troop defends it.

Gordon jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… troop is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by troop and Gordon has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

troop flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.

troop escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Gordon gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
troop is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Gordon is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Gordon stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. troop swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Gordon postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! troop is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Gordon, into his guard.
