Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Theodore Loyd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Young Tupac (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Loyd's entrance music is Throwdown - Burn. A fine choice. Young Tupac is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Loyd is looking to clinch but Tupac is avoiding it.

Tupac gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Loyd wants to get up but he can't break Tupac's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Tupac lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Loyd!

Tupac with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.

Tupac is working for a guillotine from mount but Loyd frees his head quite easily.
Loyd wants to hold on but Tupac pushes him away.

Tupac has hold of Loyd's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Loyd manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Tupac swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Loyd is now in Tupac's guard. A big mistake from Tupac there, giving up the dominant position!

Tupac escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Loyd gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Tupac looks gassed!

Tupac working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Loyd doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Loyd manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Loyd seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Tupac has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Loyd should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Tupac has tightened it up now! Loyd should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
