Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Yves DeLean and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Van Damme tries to keep at a distance but Tankov has taken the fight into the clinch.
Van Damme looking to slow down the pace here.
Tankov breaks the clinch.
Van Damme misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Tankov.
Tankov throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Tankov moves into range and clinches up with Van Damme.
Tankov lands an elbow inside that Van Damme shrugs off.
Van Damme digs a right hand underneath Tankov's ribcage. Tankov let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Tankov with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Tankov comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Tankov connects with a knee to the head.
Tankov tries a knee to the head but Van Damme blocks it.
Tankov looks to throw an elbow but misses.
Tankov lands an elbow inside.
Tankov breaks from the clinch.
A punch combination from Van Damme misses.
Tankov lands a head kick. Van Damme smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Van Damme looks to throw the jab but Tankov is out of range.
Van Damme swats away the attempt to clinch by Tankov.
Van Damme will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Van Damme takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Tankov drives through and clinches with Van Damme against the cage.
Tankov throws an elbow but it misses.
Tankov with a knee to the head.
Tankov creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Van Damme's defenses.
Van Damme can't break the clinch.
Van Damme wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Tankov tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Van Damme just stands there and leans against the cage.
Tankov's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
A left and a right from Van Damme both land. Nice combination.
It looks like Adis Tankov has been cut.
Van Damme will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Tankov dodges the punch combination from Van Damme.
A looping hook to the body misses from Van Damme. Tankov does a little dance to reset his feet.
Tankov throws a head kick that half lands.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Van Damme scores with a crisp jab that stopped Tankov in his tracks.
Van Damme throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Tankov shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Van Damme as he jumps to the side.
Tankov cracks the inside of Van Damme's front leg.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Tankov throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Van Damme.
Van Damme is rocked!
Tankov ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Van Damme's jaw. Van Damme's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! Tankov does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Adis Tankov!
