The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shaidell throws a series of punches but KILLER moves out of range.
KILLER shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Shaidell's guard.
KILLER not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
KILLER gets to his feet. Shaidell looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Shaidell cracks KILLER with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Shaidell throws a right and a left that both miss.
KILLER forces Shaidell back against the cage and clinches.
Shaidell wants to break the clinch but can't.
KILLER lands a body punch in the clinch.
KILLER has picked Shaidell up - he's going for a ride! KILLER dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
KILLER in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Shaidell tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from KILLER!
