Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Mark Berry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Justin Zane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zane scores with a decent looking hook.
Zane closes the distance and clinches up with Berry, looking for a takedown. Zane pushes Berry against the cage but Berry circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Zane will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Zane is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Berry is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Zane is not content to let Berry control the position.
Berry tries to stand and escape but Zane is controlling the position.

Zane looks to score with a jab to the body but Berry is just out of range.

Berry bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Berry, as that shot connected.

and Berry counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
