Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mad Reid (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frade Francke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Reid's entrance music is Drop the world. A fine choice. Frade Francke is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reid throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Francke shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Francke tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Reid swivels and escapes.

Francke drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Reid is looking to stand up but Francke isn't so interested in that idea.
Francke trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Reid wants to stand and escape but Francke is having none of it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Francke is looking to advance position but Reid has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!
Francke is looking to improve his position but Reid isn't that keen on the idea.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Francke regains half guard.
Reid tries to stand but his arm is trapped.
Francke is looking for a sweep. Reid is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Francke regains full guard. Nicely done.

Reid got a little sloppy there for a moment and Francke has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Reid has managed to get both his arms back between Francke 's legs - danger averted.
Francke looks gassed!

Francke looking for a sweep. Not yet Francke , not yet.

Francke working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Reid doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Reid manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Reid would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Francke is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Reid wanted to stand there but Francke had control of the position.
Reid trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Francke is looking for a triangle but Reid pushes his legs off easily.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Francke misses with a straight right.
Reid stuffs the takedown.
Francke takes a shot right to the bread basket.
A looping hook to the body misses from Reid. Francke does a little dance to reset his feet.
Francke shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Reid as he jumps to the side.
Francke fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Mad Reid has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Frade Francke .
Francke shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Reid pinned against the cage. Reid gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Francke closes this distance looking for a takedown but Reid circles away.
Francke is breathing heavily.

A big left from Reid misses.
Francke shoots in but no luck this time.
Reid lands a with a good body shot.
Francke takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Reid throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
A decent looking cross lands there for Reid.
Francke will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Reid scores with a hook to the body. Francke takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Good exchange - Reid coming out on top.
Francke fails with a takedown attempt.

Reid throws the left hand but Francke avoids the punch easily.
Francke takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Frade Francke seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Reid connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Francke shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Francke takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Francke looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Francke avoids a punch combination nicely.
The crowd cheers as Reid lands an impressive looking overhand right. Francke doesn't seem phased though.
Francke fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Are you kidding me?! Reid ducked down and unloaded an uppercut from hell that sent Francke clean off his feet! Someone make me a GIF - that's knockout of the night for sure!
