Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jake Shields (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dan Alucard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Elvis Blanc and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shields looks for a takedown but Alucard sprawls well.
Alucard misses with a looping right.
Alucard looks to land a left hand but Shields moved out of range nicely.
Shields steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Alucard.
Alucard swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Shields dodges the punch combination from Alucard.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Alucard, as that shot connected.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Alucard throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Shields moves away from the strike by Alucard.
Shields drops his hands momentarily and Alucard takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
The fight moves into the clinch position.

Alucard jumps guard and drags Shields to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Alucard is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Alucard is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Alucard frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Shields tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Shields defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Alucard.

Alucard throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Shields because Alucard loaded up on that one.
Shields is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Shields is squirming around, avoiding Alucard's attempts to control the action.
Shields is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Alucard swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Shields is now in Alucard's guard. A big mistake from Alucard there, giving up the dominant position!
