Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Oleg Mirchoffski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dimitri Vasolajev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vasolajev has chosen Drowning Pool - Bodies as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mirchoffski shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Vasolajev as he avoids it easily.

Mirchoffski decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Vasolajev, up you get!
Vasolajev lands with an uppercut that bounces Mirchoffski off the ropes and back into rage.
Mirchoffski shoots for a double leg takedown but Vasolajev sprawls well. He's pushed Mirchoffski's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Vasolajev controls Mirchoffski momentarily but Mirchoffski frees himself.

Vasolajev had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Mirchoffski is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Vasolajev Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Mirchoffski's back instead.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Dimitri Vasolajev's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
