Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Zvonimir Stelian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brett Isildor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stelian comes into the arena with Poison (The Prodigy) blaring out of the sound system. Brett Isildor will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Zvonimir Stelian!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Brett Isildor!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Isildor ducks under a wild hook from Stelian.

Stelian drops Isildor with a big left hand and mounts him. Isildor is in big trouble!

Isildor is rocked!

It looks like Brett Isildor has been cut.

Stelian goes for an armbar but Isildor turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Isildor.
Isildor is still in real trouble! Can Stelian finish him?

Stelian is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Isildor is aware though and is defending well.

Isildor seems to have recovered his senses.
Isildor must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Isildor trying to control but Stelian is working from the bottom.
Stelian manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Isildor manages to get himself to full guard.

Stelian drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Stelian jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Stelian thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Stelian is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Isildor is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Isildor has escaped and now he's on top!

Stelian escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Isildor gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Isildor got a little sloppy there for a moment and Stelian has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Isildor has managed to get both his arms back between Stelian's legs - danger averted.
Stelian is trying to keep Isildor in close.

Stelian looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Stelian is looking to sinch up a triangle. Isildor throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Stelian's body to avoid the submission. Stelian has instead reached around Isildor's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Stelian arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
