Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
O Neal throws a hook but Doucet avoids it easily.
Doucet tries to close the distance and clinch but O Neal swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Doucet tries to close the distance and clinch up but O Neal swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Doucet shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
O Neal keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Doucet shoots in for a double leg but O Neal sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
O Neal lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Doucet jumps guard but O Neal stands there with Doucet around his waist. Doucet gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

O Neal moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

Doucet is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Doucet bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in O Neal's guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
O Neal tries to bench press Doucet off him but Doucet keeps the position.

Doucet goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, O Neal has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Doucet but great work by O Neal.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
O Neal lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Doucet down.
Doucet pushes O Neal away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, O Neal gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Andrew Doucet has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Well I reckon that's a shut out for O Neal, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
