Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Will Imposer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Miguel Flores (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Imposer circles away from the clinch attempt.
Imposer throws a sloppy head kick and Flores moves out of range easily.
Imposer tries to clinch up but Flores circles away and keeps his distance.

and Imposer counters by moving into the clinch.
Flores tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Imposer just stands there and leans against the cage.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Flores tries to stall but Imposer uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Flores has his foot on Imposer's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Imposer works his way back into a safe position though.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Imposer turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Imposer manages to end up in side control.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Flores is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Imposer has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Will Imposer overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Imposer seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Flores for as long as he can get away with.
Flores tries to lock up and control but Imposer gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
