Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sambo John (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hulk Mogon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Sambo John!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Hulk Mogon!
The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Paul Aken and Wagner Zegers.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from John.

John has closed the distance and engaged Mogon in a clinch.
Mogon tries a body shot but John blocks it.
John blocks a body shot from Mogon.
Mogon prevents John from breaking the clinch.
Mogon dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage.
John is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Mogon gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

John is fighting off a takedown attempt but Mogon is just too persistent for him and manages to trip John to the mat. John regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

John had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Mogon defends it easily.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
John manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Mogon tries to get back to half guard but can't.

Mogon flailing away with punches but nothing is landing.
Mogon working to try and regain half guard.
John wants to take Mogon's back here but Mogon is holding on to an arm, himself looking to escape.

John is standing up out of mount! Strange tactic there - he must really want this one on the feet!
John closes the distance and clinches up with Mogon, looking for a takedown. John pushes Mogon against the cage but Mogon circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Mogon is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.

Mogon has dropped down and is working for a takedown. John is trying to keep an underhook but Mogon manages to get the takedown into half guard.

Mogon content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Mogon really doesn't want to stay on the ground with John. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

John is in trouble now - Mogon has advanced to mount!

John is looking to improve his position but Mogon isn't that keen on the idea.

Mogon unloads with some vicious shots from mount and John wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Mogon celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!
