Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, and Jack Bonds.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee tries to clinch but Martinez is having none of it.
Martinez looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Martinez has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Lee.
Martinez throws a head kick that misses.

Lee feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Martinez looks to land a combination but Lee avoids it well.
Lee tries to close the distance and clinch but Martinez swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
