Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Corey Chui (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pedro Querido (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chui comes to the cage accompanied by It's My Time. The key to victory for Corey Chui has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Robert Douchet and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chui fails with the takedown.
Querido is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Chui's half guard.
Querido tries to pass to full mount but Chui defends it.
Chui gets full guard.
Querido stands up from Chui's guard - Querido perhaps looking for a knockout.

and Querido decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Chui's guard.

Querido wants to control from the top but Chui keeps moving.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Chui tries to clinch up
and Querido counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Chui!
Chui wants to hold on but Querido pushes him away.
Querido controlling the pace for now.
Chui is looking to improve his position but Querido isn't that keen on the idea.

Querido looking to control but Chui is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Querido gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!

and Querido decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Chui's guard.

Querido slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Querido decides to stand back up. Querido steps back and let's Chui get back to his feet.
Chui fails with the takedown
so Querido counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Querido wants to pass the guard but Chui is keeping the position.
Querido slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Chui trying to keep a closed guard but Querido is proving a slippery customer.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Chui tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Chui controls Querido momentarily but Querido frees himself.
Chui bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Querido's guard.
Chui passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Chui is looking to take a break and control but Querido is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Querido is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Chui tries to score with some ground and pound. Querido controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
Querido wants to improve his position, back to half guard but Chui has ideas of his own. He's got hold of Querido's far side arm and it looks like he's got an Americana. Ohh! Ohhhh! OOOOOOOOOH! A human being's arm is not meant to bend like that! Querido is tapping like a morse code operator on the Titanic! SOS SOS! He's out of here! Great win for Chui!
