The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cain is trying hard to land a takedown here. Bjornfot sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Bjornfot moves in looking to clinch but Cain pushes him off.
Cain tries to clinch up but Bjornfot circles away and keeps his distance.

Bjornfot closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Bjornfot wants to lay and pray for a moment but Cain keeps working.
Bjornfot throws a strike aimed at the side of Cain's head but Cain avoids it well.

Bjornfot tries to free his leg and advance position but Cain is retaining full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Cain working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Bjornfot doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Bjornfot manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Cain has got one arm under Bjornfot's chin. This could be trouble... Bjornfot trying to control the other hand but Cain gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, Bjornfot has tapped out! The fight is over!
